That's why MasterCard offers merchants Payment Card Fraud Prevention Training—a convenient training tool they can use online or download and use when and where they have the time. The program is designed to familiarize merchants with the security features of MasterCard cards and help them to identify fraudulent cards and what actions to take if they suspect fraud. They'll also learn how to spot suspicious behavior.

There are two modules offered within the training tool—Spotting Fraud in Your Store and Card-Not-Present Fraud. Encourage your merchants to visit the site to take this training online or download the modules to their computer. You could even download them yourself and burn the modules to CD to distribute to your merchants.
